Removal Problem

I have a problem that I have never come across before. I have a Pioneer touchscreen dvd player that I need to remove. The problem is I stripped one of the screws and can't get it out. Has this happened to anyone else before? Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this thing out? I have tried every different size mini screw driver I could find and none of them are working.

Go to sears... get the stripped screw removers.... get a new screw... done, with little to no ****ing up of the screen.

As bad as it sounds, the only way I could think of was to basically drill it out. It might be difficult to get in there and metal shavings are hell, but I hope someone else can come with a better suggestion //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I just got a new idea. If I remove my bottom HU I may be able to get to everything I need to get to without removing the top one. It is a temporary solution but, but it just may work.

I was thinking of drilling but I REALLY don't want to be doing that around my new HU.

And undercover, the reason I need to get to it is to connect the remote wire to my md2 so I can power the mags

I can get to the RCA outputs but I can't get to the remote wire. So I am going to run the remote wire somewhere else in my car for now. I can do that until I pick up one of those stripped screw removal tools.
