Bose removal climate control issue

I have a 1999 Bonneville. I removed the factory stereo and the climate controls and gouges stopped working with the exception of the tac. (YES I CHECKED THE FUSES.)
PROBLEMS:
1. THERE IS NO RED WIRE. THERE ARE TWO.ORANGE ONES. ONE HAS ITS OW. HARNESS WITH A RED END. I ASSUME ITS THE EQUIVALENT OF THE NKRMAL RED WIRE?
2. THERE ARE TWO YELLOWS. AND TWO BROWNS.( THEY ARE NOT SPEAKER WIRES. ) IN ADDITION TO THE.NORMAL.BLUE AND GROUNDS.
3. THERE ARE 3 BLACK GROUND WIRES. WHATS THAT ALL ABOUT?
Any help.woukd be appreciated.
