Remote Wire for 2 Amps?

Hey quick question. I have never had 2 amps in my car and I'm going to get my MD2D and MD41 in today. Can I just run a new wire from where I plug the remote wire into the first amp to the second one?

yes a jumper from one amp to the other is acceptable.
