Sub wont wire up properly.... help!

I have a SX 15". Trying to wire it up to 4 ohm, its dual 2.

When i wire it up, it reads 1.5 ohms, and when i do the coils, it is 2.1 for each.

Any suggestions on why its reading 1.5???

what the fuxxxxxx, i just pushed on the sub to see the coils better, and it stuck out. ****in thing is blown..... i dont understand how either, since it was working a couple weeks ago when i first took it out of my car and has been sitting in my garage since.
