newer dodge went to it for the simple fact Mercedes Benz has played a big role in the newer lines before the sale out so now they have more euro options. GM is for onstar mainly i.e. safety. ford is in the same boat as dodge pretty much with going euro.

People on this forum hate RF, JL Audio and other mainstream brands. It won't do any good to argue with them. As long as you know your RF amp is quality that's all that matters. It doesn't matter what other people think.

Not true. Alot of us like them but we know its not the end all be all. I would love a RF DSM amp. I would also take a JL 13w6v2 or Alpine Type R, Or the Pioneer SPL sub but those are decent things.

well over 10 yrs ago IMO when the Butterworth bd models came out they stayed decent for about 2-3 years after that they went up in price and down in quality

i am speaking from a dealer standpoint so unless you were a dealer you wouldnt know the shit they pulled on us

I found out from research that in 2002 at RF there was a change in philosophy and a lot of their original engineers left the company. BTW what are the Butterworth models?

all the bd amps are butterworth class d designs and you are correct 2002 was when they went to shit entirely.

It has a 3.8L MIVEC V6, which I would put up against almost any stock American V6, and many V8's.
