Whats up guys.

Well im kind of in a little dilemma. I have decided on the entire setup of my car but now im stuck on the subs part.

Just for reference I will be using the Rockford Fosgate T1500.1bd amp to power them.

I was thinking about a dual 12's setup and I dont know which one I should get. I have read as many threads I could find regarding these 2 subs but nothing. And the videos online of the sound do no justice.

Basically I want a really good SQ sub which can play music and still be clear. not just heavy bass all the time and drone. But at the same time I also want it to shake everything around me when I turn it up. I have always had a stock system in my car and this is the first time I will be going for an aftermarket setup.

What do you think about the Sq of the new 2009 Fi bl subs.

I think the q shoould be good enough but If the SQ difference between the q and the bl isnt much and the bl hits wayyy harder, why not just go for the bl. Thoughts??

Yeah, I have heard good things about the ssd as well, plus they are cheaper. Its just that ive heard the Q has better SQ and plus it gets louder.

I was just stuck between the q and bl. Any ideas if the bl 10" would have better SQ than the 12. Going with 2 10's would be even better because I have a 3 series coupe and I could use the extra space.

About the amp, I would even get the t2000 if thats the case but the only thing is I haven't seen any ones for sale so im going to end up getting it brand new and the t2000 is kinda out of my budget. If there were any good deals of anyone has one for sale, I would jump on one. Either Rockford or Sundown. They are my main choices

Another thing, will the 10" or 12" Fi BL work well in a sealed box, although the site isn't clear about that. I dont think they recommend it. I know it would make the sq more better and clear. Plus on the website it has an option for daily or SPL and im guessing it might just help with the sq.

Off only 800 watts, the Q wont' be louder than the ssd. Same goes for the bl, they'll only be louder if you have the power to back them. In fact, ONE bl would probably be able to take the power from that 1500.

I still say ssd's. Or, if you get the t2000, then Q's.
