refinishing help me!

hey guys i recently recieved an orion 1200d and a 8002 off of some dude, and when they came to my house they were damaged, scufs, dings, and rolled edges you know the works., so now it look like shyt. i was wondering what type of steal are the orion 1200d and 8002 made of? is it aluminum? or chromed, i think it is alumium which is easy to work with! basicaly i want to refishes the amp and i have never done this so can some help me out?

like i amaazine i have to some how pull the board out of the shroud, then first take out the dings and shyt then stone it done flat then do some type of emery on it (wet sand it?) then do some polishing but i was wondering do i need to do anything else to it? do i need to llike put gloss or sealer or something on it?

Check this out. Also the heat sink is aluminum or some sort of alloy with an anodized finish. You can't really fix the scratches or dings without doing the whole thing. You would have to remove the anodizing in order to have it all the same.

pull the board and send the sinks to me... ill paint them any color you want.. have references... paint cars for a living
