amp ? about ohm loads

im getting a 2600 2 channel amp and im getting 2 single voice coil subs that are 4 ohm and im wondering if the subs will be getting 540 watts to each sub? and how would i wire it up?....also im getting it local for 60 bucks only been used a week so i need to know asap

What is the brand and model of the amplifier ?

For $60 it is likely lower end, which means those ratings are going to be inflated.

With two single 4ohm subwoofers your best option is to wire one subwoofer to each channel. In which case the amplifier is going to output it's 4ohm rated power not it's 2ohm as you listed. So if the 540w x 2 is @ 2ohm (claimed RMS power), at 4ohm it will only output roughly half that power. But like I said, that's likely an inflated rating given the price range of the amplifier. Without knowing the brand/model, my guess would be that each sub will realistically see around 150w each.
