reconing old memphis mojo

this is my speakers and it needs to be reconed also whats the most wattage i can run on it..its just been laying around and i want to put it to use i know its very capable but it needs some work..so any suggestions on reconing this sub?

@SPLaudio; will be able to help. You may just be better off shipping to him for repairs and he can set it up for what ever wattage your seeking. He's a high grade driver pimp.
