recone for jl audio 12w6?

I just recently had a couple speaker cabinets givin to me and one of them had a blown jl audio 12w6 (old style). Anyone know if the can be reconed? i know not all companies offer recone kits for there subs. And if i can be anyone on here do it or know where does? internet search results tell me nothing.

it might be cheaper to buy a newer sub

look up the info on it you might be able to buy the vc of a diy speaker website and get the soft parts else where..

JL Audio is going to **** your wallet on a recone. I would almost be willing to bet that the price difference between their recone and an unauthorized dealer's new subwoofer will make it worthwhile to purchase a new sub from the unauthorized dealer.

finally got a return e-mail from jl audio, unless i happen to find someone with a old recone kit then i can't have it fixed. they no longer offer any kits for models older the the w6v2. Oh well, it was worth a shot.
