check the big stetsom thread out. they use these amps in brazil daily all the time.

LOL. Love all the bad information out there. Since they don't make the 2k6d anymore I have a 2k5d and it's one of the better amps I've used daily. Yes, these are popular for competition in North America due to size and power and cost so there is some truth in that. But above all else these are music amps that in Brazil Stetsom is the number one amplifier manufacture in the country. There's little to no market in building an amp that can only be for spl so people saying that they are for only burps doesn't make any sense. Any amps that can bake for 9 hours in the sun at over 100 degrees at nominal load full tilt and live is a a good amp that can take a daily beating.

If anyone lives local can try one out.

Checked out the site, they look solid. I just can't believe they push that much with such a small amp. Surprise they aren't the new hard on in the forums.

I understand where you're coming from and that's what people always ask. But here is my power test of a 2k5d @ 2ohms. My subs have a wicked impedance rise to 5ohms so for impedance power was there. Most subs don't rise as much as the DD's I tested. Not saying that this is your amp. Just giving you some info on the product.
