Recommend me a set of wheels and tires on $800 budget

Looking for a set of wheels and tires for my Honda Accord 99 LX 4cycl. I have tried Tire Rack and eBay so far. Brands I've been looking at are Enkei, Borbet, ASA, VSR, and ARD wheels. Only tire that I really want is bridgestone brand all-season.

Budget is around $800 shipped. Looking for 16 to 18" wheels and tires.

Any recommendations? Can't decide, will probably go with Enkei rims and Bridgestone tires 16s.

yea haha, just went with tires for now. will get rims later, only reason why im looking for new rims is because my current tires need to be replaced so i thought getting them together may be better, but just getting the tires saved me a lot of money. will use the rest for upgrading car audio.
