Recommend me a set of components and a set of coaxS speakers?

I need them to be $100 or under for a pair i need components that have aluminum or titanium tweets. im gonna have components up front and the pair of coaxS for the back. So i Want these to be Clear and Loud. its a ***** choosing speakers to many choices.
