Question about sibilance and Polk db6501

Does anyone have Polk db6501 speakers? I am thinking about buying a pair. They seem to have good reviews, but some people claim to experience sibilance (midrange/treble peak emphasizes the "sssss" sound). Is this something that could be fixed by equalizer settings? Or be a result of a poor installation?

Could be a result of install. Could be fixable by EQ. Could just require reversing the phase on the mid or tweet.
