Reckon a 18" BL would get LOW?

I am pretty much set on getting an 18" BL... It will be powered for a Fosgate 1501bd which will be about 1600-1700 watts... I was thinking about a 7ft^3 enclosure tuned to about 30hz...

Reckon this would smack the lows a lot better than my current set up in sig?

we clamped that excelon 811d in my set up a while back. it did 414 watts @ 1ohm. still managed a 46.2@44hz with a single 15 in a trunk car.

My x811d actually benched a little over 900 at 2 ohms..
