Looks like next Sunday the construction and dye will be done. Subs will be installed and wired and we'll load the box into the truck to get it into the paint booth for clearcoat and polish.

So thisnis the hole the local audio shop cut out. When my customer asked them for a blowthrough with the sub box built into the bed they had no idea what he was talking about. They cut this 50 inch wide hole and shoved a sealed box up against it. It wasnt even sealed off from the bed. Terrible. That is why I had to build a 'flange' onto the old and also, the new box.



Thank goodness for the forklift. Didnt want to have to pull the tonneau cover for this.

I usually start at 30% of cone area when dialing in port opening. I've yet to see a program that is accurate vs TL testing
