Rear battery not charging!!!

my equipment is in my sig. i have the stock alt (105a) in my chevy impala. for some reason my rear deka is not chargin. my front reads 14.4 but the back only reads 12.2 with the car running? what could be the problem?

how long has it been this way? i say fuse. if not, then dig deeper.

It is the fuse or a bad connection. If you have checked both of those out completely, the battery is dead and needs replaced.

the wires not big enough guy is retarded, it would charge off of 22awg but like the others say check to see if it is connected still to the front like if a fuse blew and check the ground. next step would be load test it to see if its dead.

I'm having the same problem, but if it were a bad fuse, coming from the front, wouldn't it read under 12 volts?

it should show THAT battery's resting voltage. if the battery is good it should be 12.3+v

it would charge but if he is bumpin it he would have voltage drop, therefor not charging his rear battery enough and draining the piss out of it

well, any ideas?? it has done this with two different batts. When I took them in to get charged and tested, they both checked out
