really need some help on hooking up a system in my new car.

i had a 1999 eclipse which had an aftermarket stereo, 2 10in audiobahn subs, 2200 watt audiobahn amp n speakers. well it got totaled. so i took everything i could out. now i have a 2001 eclipse n i have no idea hwo to install it. i have all the wires. i have a sony cdx-f7710 head unit with wiring harness, but i had to cut it out of my old car, so do i need a new wiring harness? or how can i tell which wires are wat on the unit and the car so i can hook it up the same, (if need pics just let me kno). also i have switches to turn the amp n subs on and off, with the bass booster switch, i have the wires but idk how to hook it up. please someone help!

if u don't know where to start then find an installer or shop in your area to help u. You will need another harness they changed with body style.you may have a stock infinity system also.

A local stereo shop should be willing to walk you through it or possibly even draw it up for you, and hook you up with a new wiring harness for the new eclipse (for the deck) if done without a harness it is usually color cordinated wires so blue goes to blue, black to black, etc..
