So eventually, I'm getting a car. SUVs ain't cutting now. Maybe later when I'm making more. So with cars, whats realistic with total power (bass and mid/highs), amount of woofers, batteries, DBs and all that good stuff? I drive an Explorer now and if I wanted loud and drivable, I could do a C-pillar wall. I'm curious about staying in the trunk and what can be done in general. I'm feeling like making a car skull cracking loud and drivable ain't possible

QUOTE=RicksI30;8327668]Define: "skull cracking loud". You don't think that you can get an SUV loud without a wall?

I'm guessing around 173db @ 7.9Hz........on MUSIC //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

You can do 150s from the trunk of a car, you can do 160s in a wall in a car.

All comes down to your install and how fat your wallet is. With the right money, you can make any vehicle loud lol

Buy a suv and take all seats out but the drivers. Then just run 16 15"s it won't really matter which ones, because honestly all of that surface area is gonna move so much **** air. That's 150-160 range depending on subs/ power
