re-wiring subs to 1ohm, need an amp

I have two kicker compvrs with a final impedeance of 4 OHMs, so i can re-wire them to a final of 1 OHM right?

If so, how do i do that?

And, if i can ill be needed a amp to push them. They are rated 800 rms at 4 ohms, so would it still be 800 rms at 1 OHM?
