RE SEXXX sealed?

Hey,

I had a 15" SEXXX in 4 cubes tuned to 35 with a MTX 81000D pushin it. I loved the bottom end performance but its movin out to make way for a XXX. A friend wants to take it off my hands, and Im going to build him a new box to fit. In the current box its plenty loud for him, but he wants something with a flatter response. I could always tune it down to 30, but I would like to know if the sub would perform decently if it was sealed. Anybody clue me in?

I had the RE SE 12 in sealed and ported and it performed well in both. If it is easy I'd just tune the current box lower or go with large sealed box. At that point it is just back to the pros and cons of ported vs sealed.

well for "tight" like wood trying to expand tight, im sure a sealed would work fine
