I was wondering if anyone knew if RE would send a reconing kit to me. Instead of me sending my sub into them.

Just make sure you dont call too much......And be sure to ask what options they offer on the recone.

Do you even know what you are talking about at this point? They did hire a 'receptionist'... now everyone is mad the guy who answers the phone can't answer the most miniscule questions about some sub they haven't even made for the past two years. Everyone here already knows the 'issues' with RE's phone and email system, and they chose to deal with it or not. You are only making yourself look bad at this point imo, get over it.Of course. 1000 emails a day...
out of those emails, maybe 1 sale a week...
RE tried staying on top of emails, and it took too much time away from other things..
they choose their priorities, and email isn't on top of the list..
they've been doing it for a couple years now, and I don't see a going out of business sale....
so call, goto a dealer, or buy something else.....
