Do you even know what you are talking about at this point? They did hire a 'receptionist'... now everyone is mad the guy who answers the phone can't answer the most miniscule questions about some sub they haven't even made for the past two years. Everyone here already knows the 'issues' with RE's phone and email system, and they chose to deal with it or not. You are only making yourself look bad at this point imo, get over it.

i sent an e-mail 3 weeks ago and still no answer. i guess they only lost out on $465 of my money. wait a minute they have been a small company for about a year now. i guess there just isn't anybody qualified to type a message that says how much a woofer costs, or what type of enclosure. i have never seen a company that just chooses not to answer e-mails, and then the owner is on the forums hocking amps and being rude to potential customers when he could be answering e-mails.

out of those emails, maybe 1 sale a week...

RE tried staying on top of emails, and it took too much time away from other things..

they choose their priorities, and email isn't on top of the list..

they've been doing it for a couple years now, and I don't see a going out of business sale....

so call, goto a dealer, or buy something else.....

lol, answering customer question is not a top priority. why do they even put an e-mail address on their site then? also there is no dealer anywhere close in my area, and i did buy from somewhere else.
