RE MT vs. New BTL vs. Old BTL vs. ?

I want a 15 that will take 3000 RMS all day and have decent SQ. I guess not so much SQ as musicality. Just having a DECENT (not necessarily awesome, but good) response from 30-60 hz while retaining loudness. If you have any suggestions besides the listed, go ahead and list them.

I've decided against the 9500. The AQ and M5 won't take 3k.
