Re Doing system, need component advice

I am currently redoing my system for something a bit more SQ oriented. I have changed out my head unit from an AVIC-d2 to an ALpine CDA-7998.

I want to change out my 5.25" SLC 230's for a 6.5" component system. I am looking for more midbass and have well deadened doors. I am running a Zed Audio Draconia in which I have 2 channels dedicated to the comps @ 95X2 and the other two channels briged for a single 10" JL sub.

What passive type components will give me great sound for an off axis install on 95 watts per side? I was thinking of DLS iridium's and Focal's K2's. Since the tweeter is mounted close to the mid down lower on the door, the Focals may not sound so bright? This is all for an 2006 F-250.

What is the mounting diameter and depth of those cadence mids?

I am possibly thinking of taking advantage of this HU and all of its features buy going active. I would add another ZEd amp "Gladius" for the single 10", and use the Draconia for the tweeters and mids. What would be a killer active diy speaker setup? I was looking at madisound.com, but they have alot of choices. I have also searched and read minivanman's posts about going active, so I am getting a better understanding.

I am also going to need help with X-over settings and slopes to set.

The midbass driver needs to have a 5.5"-5.75 or up to 145mm cutout diameter, anything more and I will need to cut a hole in my door. The mounting locations for the drivers are in the stock door location. The are mounted flat on the door and are positioned slightly in front of the driver and facing the legs. The tweeters are placed flat (no swivel or angle) about 12" above the midrange facing toward the legs too. I have the option of raising the tweeter to the sail panel and angling them toward the drivers head. Would this be better?

Please help me with this DIY set or advise me if a passive would be more beneficial for me.

go listen to a set of focal's if you crave some good mid bass and smooth high's
