haha good question. forgot to mention why one port is on top of the box.

in my trunk at the rear deck there was a stock subwoofer. so i took it out and now theres a big hole there. why a hole? so the port on top of the box can fire right through where the stock sub was and into the cabin! should be great. like i said in the posts, the sound processor isnt working yet, so i cant fire up the sub yet. BUT when its ready il post a video. its a "luxury vehicle" so its really padded down and sealed everywhere to try and keep it as quiet as possible, so when i had subs and trunk in the box before i took out the stock sub in the rear deck, i used to get tons of bass stuck back in the trunk that never made it out =(. so this is the solution to that, and bass should improve quite a bit!

yeah their real nice cars. i love it. only thing i would change on mine is the paint color. but i still aite

and i didnt point both aeros up, because there is only one hole in the rear deck. if i would have pointed both up, i was afraid all the air hitting the rear deck would just make it rattle and id get rattle noise.

The box reminds me of a nice stereo system we had back in the early 90's. Lol. We also had a movie player with that 'wooded' loom, laserdisc FTW lol. But over looks good man, keep the pix coming

yup my gain is only 1/4 of way up and headunit bass was in the negatives.

i just turned up my head unit gain to zero and its made a huge increase in bass and sub flex.

on stock alternator and yellowtop under the hood, im already getting dimming when i crank it too so i will probably keep it there.

i will be getting a bass knob soon so i can get more gain out of the amp and be able to control and keep the bass at good levels, with the knob. otherwise the bass will just get too high with the headunit volume. that way i can crank the bass when i want and keep it at good level with full range most of the time. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
