haha good question. forgot to mention why one port is on top of the box.
in my trunk at the rear deck there was a stock subwoofer. so i took it out and now theres a big hole there. why a hole? so the port on top of the box can fire right through where the stock sub was and into the cabin! should be great. like i said in the posts, the sound processor isnt working yet, so i cant fire up the sub yet. BUT when its ready il post a video. its a "luxury vehicle" so its really padded down and sealed everywhere to try and keep it as quiet as possible, so when i had subs and trunk in the box before i took out the stock sub in the rear deck, i used to get tons of bass stuck back in the trunk that never made it out =(. so this is the solution to that, and bass should improve quite a bit!
