Let's see..... you have accessory noise so it will be in the head unit. Did you use a factory ground or a fresh new ground when you grounded the head unit? Most accessory noise is a result of an improperly grounded head unit. If you did use the factory ground wire it's 99% likely the cause of the acc noise.
Even if you didn't - reground the head unit on a nice fresh piece of metal and try again. This is a signal path noise, don't bother with the amp. It's at the head unit.
