You can split it with Y adapters but you are going to get the voltage so low the amps will be barely audible..So either you get a line driver for it..sound Q is going to be questionable this way or get a crossover a continuously variable 3 or 4 way would work best.

I'm also going to say that using a crossover with one input and multiple outputs would be your best way. Allthough, the Y adaptors will not hurt anything really- the crossover still provides signal dispersion, as well as sound tailoring- may as well kill 2 birds with one stone.

On a further note, RCA's will not effect your SQ one bit. EQ's/Crossovers/ etc would be pretty obsolete if this was the case.
