RCA Cable Ports on amp??

So today i got my first mono amp and there are two RCA ports and one says In and the other out??? I only hookup one cable to the HU?

since it was free just hook one of the rcas from the sub out on the deck to the input of the amp and call it a day.

use one rca from the back of the headunit,

You can use a y-splitter so you can use both rca sub outs from your HU to the one on your amp. You'll get a higher voltage signal going to the amp. Not really necessary though.

subbass is mono and I don't think you gain voltage by using both or lose any by using one

so plug one into the white on the headunit and then into the amp
