Rate what i'm getting.

Subs = (2) kicker solo-baric L7 12"

Sub box = Dual 12" Kicker Solobaric L7 Hatchback

Amp = Hifonics BX 1500 D

Amp Kit = Hifonics 2 gauge

What do you think? Dose it all look good? I'll be buying midrange and another amp after i get some more money.

Lose the prefab box and build your own. What Ohm are the L7's? Other then that, looks good if the Ohm work out with the amp. You want dual 4ohm L7's so between the 2 drivers you will get the 1 ohm level you want..

The hifonics is fine to power the l7s. That setup is perfectly fine, but you could do better.

Wow, the Hifonics boner is taking a very fast slide. Its gone from suggest Hifonics to bash Hifonics from the looks of things.

Looks like a good setup. If you like loud that is, and not as much about the SQ.

This is going to be the first sound system i'm going to buy, and as of 2 months ago i dident know the first thing about car audio. I've had many offers from my friends to build me a box for free, but they dont know what they are doing, and buying a 50$$ prefab box is better than paying 200+ to get it customed at bestbuy. I would build it my self, but factoring in the volume of the box and how to do that in a custom fited box or even a box that isent square would pretty confuseine. Maby i will look into someone building it with me though.

im sure someone here will be able to draw up plans for the box if you ask (or pay a $5 or so fee //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ), and then you just have to follow those guidelines.
