say wtv lmao i wont get butthurt
going with an sql approach

vehicle - 07 civic si sedan
subs - stereo integrity sql 12s, sealed enc.
midbass - TM65 mkIV Midbass
mids - Scanspeak Discovery 10F/4424G, 4" Midrange 4 ohm
highs - SB Acoustics SB29RDNC-C000-4 Neo Magnet
voice amp/dsp- helix 6/100w (10ch dsp, 6 powered)
sub amp - not official but i think i want to go sundown salt 1500 or 2k
just dont think the 1500 will push them well enough like the 2k so might just be worth saving more when the time comes

anyone have their 2 cents with sealed boxes (precatuions to take things that are commonly done wrong)

will be attempting custom a pillars to mount the mids and highs on axis
(ik the mids n highs arent car audio i will take the precautions to keep them
from melting im taking the risk not you all so dont worry lol)
link to google doc with links to equipment

I'd do 3k or maybe 4k for the subs personally they'll eat some power if you're not dumb with the knob.

Everything else looks good. And you shouldn't have problems using raw drivers.

Oh really didn’t kno they take power that well, I mean I’ll be real max I’m doin a 2k should I opt for a single 15”, but i was recommended to go audio mobile encore for 15”. How would they do on a 2k? Or would a single 15 be the move on proper wattage, but I mean a 2k is technically proper wattage since it manufacturer spec. Idk lol

Can you do a ported single 15?

wouldnt sealed just be better for sq though? or tell me why a ported 15
Sealed will give you a flatter response and the ability to play lower. With the dsp you'd be able to eq a ported sub to a flatter curve and if you tuned the port to 28-30hz you can still get into low 20's.

You could go either way but you'd gain some output ported.

I don't know if you'd see enough performance difference from the audio mobile encore to justify the higher price tag over a sql-15

what style of port should i look into? im not to familiar tbh with porting and building.
are the boxes that their ports work in different frequencies (like different chambers tuned diff) better for sq?
and i mean your right tbh i might need to just go single 15sql to save money and speed the process up
