Random Picture Thread

Never owned a gas grill, never will. Don't like charcoal either. I only use real oak wood.

Honestly this difference in flavor... to me, wasn't that different. In fact, the gas grill I used was the most transparent. Meaning it left the least amount of its heat source flavor in the meat and the Apple wood left the most. Three heat sources used (Apple Wood, Kingsford charcoal briquettes, Blue Rhino Propane). Nice Buns.

People who use wood do so for the flavor bro. No doubt, I make a mean bread.
 
While I have a day off and it is raining, I decided to do my 3 month fan cleaning and oiling. I use a fan at all times as I hate still air. It sits there on low all day, all night just to keep air moving. This $70+ fan is 4 years old and still going strong. A rare 4 speed model with remote. It's 18" blade moves air like a Nightshade sub!!!
