Speaking of houses I finished remodeling my rental that's down near the airport. House was built in 1950, my grandpa bought it, as well as the houses to the left and right of it, in 1961. I've been wanting to fix it up for awhile but just recently got the chance when the tenants moved out. Needless to say the rents going up, lol. Tomorrow I'll have furniture put in and I'll take some good pics for the listing.
