Is it wierd that I hate cucumbers but love pickles? Dill, not those disgusting sweet pickles.

Story time..

I'm addicted to dill pickles.  Like seriously.  I would plow through one of those HUGE *** jars of big deli style pickles every week.  It wouldn't be odd to see me eat 4-5 back to back on a weekend morning straight out of bed.  Welp, short story shorter, turns out I was slowly killing myself with all of the sodium nitrate preservatives the use to make the pickles last longer.  One morning after my 4-5th one, My scalp started itching uncontrollably, and my lymph nodes in my neck started to swell like tennis balls.  Freaked me the f**k out.  But I determined that I had eaten so many pickles over the years that my body was now rejecting the f*****g poison they use to keep them selling on the shelves.

So, did I stop eating them?  f**k no.  I devised a home made recipe that I now use to make preservative free pickles that I can enjoy and they only take two weeks to pickle.

Watch out for those toxic preservatives bro.

Wow that's crazy, I never thought about that. I eat a f**k ton of pickles as well as green olives. I have seriously been considering making my own pickles for a while now, mainly just to tweak the recipe a little more to my liking. I do believe I'll be planting some cucumbers come spring time. You might of saved my life bro. lol.
