Mids and crossover are BNIB. Tweeters are used and like all the Rainbow tweeters are missing the emblem. I am looking for $450 shipped to the lower 48.

Agreed. I was actually thinking of building a 3-way passive and I compared the cost to a Dayton DSP and it makes no sense to go passive.
