Its a German product. They are bigger in the far EAST, Malaysia , Europe etc...They never really entered the US market strongly. Therefore all you got to go by is user reviews- do a search on this forum. I been auditioning my various Rainbow setups over the last 3 years to local and out of state people inquiring.... in the end they end up buying something in the Rainbow line. Great performance across the whole lines in their price range- great tweeters, natural and snappy mids. I've owned Rainbow Contours, Arc ACS rainbows, Pro silks, Powerline CS, and now using the Platinum silk tweeters. They simply offer some of the best compact dome tweeters on the market I feel. No other tweeter i rather use and I just about heard every other high end compact dome.
