Raamat people who have used it plz respond

hey i heard that some some sound deadeners have chemicals in them that are harmful is raamat one of them? or can someone review there experience with this product? iu would really like to know who has used this how good and effective it is. tell me pros and cons. and what else do i need with this product maybe some spray also with the rolls of mats? anything would help i am very noob about this sound deading stuff. also how long will it take me to do a whole car with i have 65ft i will have to use and what tools do i need ect. and also is this hard messy? Not sure what to think so plz explain thx. going into a 2003 toyota echo.

I've used eDead, Peel and Seal, and the BXT. Im still breathing

EDIT: Dont forget to buy yourself a roller, though Im sure the BXT sticks really well with little pressure.
