quick remote gain controller question

a got a lanzar opti2000d and the remote gain thing says "remote bass controller" on it, i jsut want to make sure that it adjusts the gain on the amp and not the bass boost or anything right??

what ever it adjusts, you dont need it. Just set your amp and leave it. None of the knobs on the amp are meant to be used as volume knobs
