QUICK opinion needed

I have a 12" AA Avalanche; box is 2 cu ft net. tuning right at 33 Hz.

should I go with one 4" precision port (~12.56 sq in of port), or two 4" precision ports (~25.1 sq in of port)

need this quick, i have the box built, i just need to throw in either one, or two, ports.

Do 2 ports, less chance of port noise.

it all depends on enclosure and frequecy....

but you are going to need at least 2 ports

As stated, it really depends on the enclosure. To extend onto that though, don't be so hasty to run 1200 on it. Run the amp at 4 ohms and you'll be very pleased with the results //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif (ps, they really don't gain much output going from ~450 to 1200 watts)

As far as the port situation, if your box is 2 cubes, look to have ~24-30 inches of port area...so two ports would be the way to go over one.
