real quick guys i need to know if a set of kicker ks6.2 components not amplified and with a stock head unit will sound better than my stock speakers in a 2006 jeep grand cherokee (without the boston acoustic system)

Might make a difference but not by much unless you power the kickers with an amp.

The Kickers will offer you a better frequency response than your OEM drivers ever could but unfortunately, it will be a minimal improvement at best more than likely.

Aftermarket components just do not generally offer even half of their potential performance without being externally amplified.
