Quick help: Pioneer amplifier (good or not?)

hey, im interested in acquiring this amplifier.. what do you guys know about it???

is it good for running 2 subwoofers @ 4ohms on each bridge?

What subs? That amp only shows 70w x 2 @ 4ohm

not even subwoofers, but actually 4 Philips speaker boxes i have here 8ohms each... or maybe 2 single 4ohm 150w subwoofers i can find here too

Unless you've got really low RMS speakers (35w) to put on it, i'd look somewhere else.
