Quick Gain Question

Just bought a Hifonics 1606d. I will be running at 2 ohm and its rated 1100w (i know its overrated) and i want to run something along the lines of 750w-800w. So if i do the sqrt of 1600w = 40v, I would be running 800w in theory ? And what about factors of voltage drop from my electrical for example what if I do the DMM test at 12.5v or 14v? Sorry for nub questions.

you can't control voltage drops in reference to setting gains (besides making sure your electrical is stout) and stuff so just set it to 40V and enjoy
