Quick DMM/gain setting ???

Ok, im trying to set my gains on the amp, but im confused as to what setting on the DMM im supposed to use. I have all these numbers and a dial that i turn, but i dont know what they all mean, and this didnt come with a manual.

It has VDC 200M-600 and 2000K-200

VAC 600 & 200

AAC 200M

10A

200M

10A

So WTF? I looked in the tutorials and couldnt find any info on the DMM itself, just the gain on the amp.
