questions on first install

Im trying to learn how to install car audio..and i need some help..

I recently got a front components set and a 2channel amp for it. So this one site shows me a basic wiring diagram .

question is..exactly how do i wire the 2 front speakers to the amp?? Do i go..2 wires from each speaker to amp? or connect L speaker to R speaker then Rspeaker to amp?? IF yes..tell me which wire goes where? im a little confused sorry. i need thorough step by step instructions. T.T

another question is .. how/where do i wire the tweets and crossovers ???
