Questions for aeroport users

I am trying to find what the outer diameter is on the mounting flare? I have 36inch by 15inch to mount 2 15s and 4 4inch aeroports. Also what length should I be shooting for overall with the flares on for 35hz in 6 cubes?

out side flare diameter is 7.25" and the hole for it is 6.25"

You can trace the smaller flare as your cutout for the mounting flare.
