I bought a 2008 Ford Escape in Dec 07' and have recently got some bills and need money for other things and its less of a strain if I could get rid of this extra payment. How big of a hit do you think I would be taking? How big of a hit if I traded it in on a ~$5000 car?

how much do you owe on the Ford? whats the trade in value..

I owe just under $14k and have paid over $5k including my down payment. Obviously I would take out my system, all the runs of wire, the damplifier pro would stay. But other than that it would appear mostly stock. And I cant remove the custom interior but i think it adds to the truck since it is only leather with black faux suede inserts.

I wouldn't trade it, try selling it before trading it in. Dealersihip offered my 1500 for my honda, sold it the same day for $2900 cash =)

the Custom interior will not likely give you more money for trade in.

4 CYL. I would be willing to leave all the wire and possibly the setup in it if someone wanted it! And I paid just over 20k hint hint skmfkr

I didnt mean it would give me more but it wouldnt cause me to get any less than the factory interior.
