Questions about IB?

Hmm...I've been trying to read up on it..but could someone fully explain an IB setup to me, or point me in the right direction? I'm looking to downgrade from the mag..and would love to try something new, such as IB with some ID's or something..but is a trunk required to run an IB setup? mmm not completely out of the question, but you are either gonna need to build a wall in the back and completely seal it off in the front, or cut holes in your car. This is because the back of the sub(backwave) has to be completely sealed off from the front(frontwave) of the sub

Ah alright I see, yea that's the part I didn't completely understand..about the back & front waves. Thanks
