Questions about audiocontrol lc6i

So I recently got a G35 with stock bose system. It has the stock Bose system and I was wanting to add a sub and possibly a good set of components for the moment.

I had planned to just tap two LOCs and get my rca signals for rear and front from there and feed them into a Mtx rt-x03a crossover i had lying around. Will this provide a clean signal?

Or should I invest into a audio control lc6i? Would I need to connect the crossover to the audiocontol?

There is one here locally that is fairly cheap. I am unfamiliar with this area of the car audio and was wanting to see if I could get some opinions from you guys as to which is a better setup and why? I tend to just replace factory HU but wanting to retain factory for now.

You could simplify this by buying an amplifier that accepts the balanced signal from the Bose head unit. That crossover is more than you need for a set of components and a subwoofer.

I'll look into that. Although to be honest I just want to use what I currently have. Have a sundown 100.4 and a jl 500/1 I wanted to use. Would you happen to know what would provide the cleanest signal? I guess what I'm asking is do I really need the audio control or will some LOC's with a crossover inline compensate for factory head unit signal. Thanks
