what kind of an amp do I need for two speakers on the front doors and two speakers at the rear and eventually a subwoofer. I mean like how many channels cuz I don't get this very well. And if you could suggest me some good amps.

I personally would take the Rockford Fosgate Power 1000 25 to Life, awesome amp, can be had for $500 or less or sonicelectronix I beleive. Memphis makes one as well that a lot of people seem to like. You could also get a four channel and a mono amp for the sub
