i did grind the paint and it still is doin the same shit

Then reground it somewhere else. 90% of the time the ground is the problem when you have this problem.

It could also be a pair of bad RCA's, or the RCA's are grounding out to another wire or there is an exposed section of the RCA length touching the vehicle's metal.

i think that the ground on the h/u rca's is bad.

is it a pioneer by any chance?
